Shantanu, who was not only a close friend but also Tata's trusted assistant and General Manager at Tata Trust, shared a touching tribute to their friendship on his LinkedIn, "The hole that this friendship has now left with me, I will spend the rest of my life trying to fill. Grief is the price we pay for love. Goodbye, my dear lighthouse."
